JOAQUÍN PULIDO FUENZALIDA

Bachelor of Legal and Social Sciences from the Faculty of Law at the Universidad de Chile (2024), graduating with highest honors. He is currently pursuing a Master's in Criminal Law at the same institution.

He began his professional career as a Lawyer in the litigation team at Montt Group (2025), and later as an external Lawyer at Ovalle & Cia. (2025), becoming part of the López Escobar del Río team in 2026.

In the academic field, he actively participates as a teaching assistant in multiple courses on Criminal Law, both at the Faculty of law of Universidad de Chile and at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. He also was a teaching assistant at the “Centro de Derechos Humanos” of Universidad de Chile, in 2022.

That same year, he received the Prize for the highest average in the cycle of mandatory courses of legal sciences, granted by the Faculty of law of Universidad de Chile
