In compliance with the duty and responsibility arising from corporate best practices and in accordance with current legislation, López · Escobar · del Río has designed and implemented a Crime Prevention Model pursuant to the provisions of Law No. 20,393.

As part of this commitment, we have established a secure and confidential Whistleblowing Channel, enabling the reporting of situations that may constitute violations or criminal offenses. This mechanism strengthens our firm’s conviction to operate with transparency, ethics, and responsibility, the core values that guide our professional practice.
